How to take a mountain climber’s advice

By now you’ve heard about the new version of the battle rope exercise.

It is a very popular exercise for mountain climbers and many other sports enthusiasts.

It involves a dumbbell and two ropes that are connected by a barbell.

This makes it a very effective way of increasing the load on the shoulders during a climb.

In my opinion, this exercise is a bit too much for the average person.

But I am going to give it a shot anyway.

The best way to take advantage of this new exercise is to learn how to properly do it.

If you are new to the sport, it is recommended that you start with an easy set of dumbbells, and gradually build up to a heavier set.

It will help you get the hang of it quickly and efficiently.

Here is what to do: Begin with a set of 5 dumbbell sets.

If doing this with a newbie, you may want to do a few repetitions before starting the first set.

If that is the case, then the first 5 sets should be done with 20 to 30% of your 1RM, or about 1 set of 3 to 5 reps.

The second set should be performed with 10 to 15% of the 1RM.

Repeat this process for every set.

As you get stronger and stronger, increase the weight of the set.

This will take a lot of practice, but it will pay off in the long run.
