TRAMPOLINE EXERCISES AND BENCHKICKS – Exercise for the mind and body.
“You know what I like to do?
I like it when people get down on their knees and I bend over and get down into the water,” said Michael Krieger, a former trainer and founder of a company called The Edge.
“It’s really about the mental energy, the body energy, and it’s really all about getting the body into the groove and getting the mind into the beat,” he added.
Krieger’s video was the brainchild of John B. Purdy, a certified personal trainer in New York City.
He started training with his brother, Paul, and their dad, John Purdy.
They started doing butt-kick workouts at age 6 or 7 in a park, then took the concept further in their backyard.
In 2012, the brothers created the Purdy Fitness and Fitness Performance Center in North Carolina.
The first Purdy FitZone was in the heart of the city in Asheville, North Carolina, with Purdy himself as the host.
Since then, they have expanded to cities in the Northeast and beyond, including Seattle, San Francisco and Los Angeles.
There is now an official website for PurdyFitZone.com.
I have a great idea for you,” Purdy says in the video.
Purdy says his brother Paul is a true fitness pioneer, one who loves to run, bike and play with kids.
Paul and his brother have created a program that includes workouts at a pool and an indoor workout area.
Here’s how it works.
If you’ve never tried butt-pumping before, it can be a challenging workout.
But you can do it and be in shape.
We’re going to take the idea of doing a butt lift and doing a pull-up, and then do a push-up,” Puffy said.
You’ll be doing one set of 20 push-ups, 20 pull-ups and 10 lunges.
Then, you’ll go back and do a 10-second deadlift.
After that, you will do another set of 10 push- ups and 10 pull- ups.
This is going to be a one-and-done workout.
You can finish this one workout with one or two sets of 20 pull ups, 10 lungces, and one push- up.
And then, you can just sit back and relax.
That’s the beauty of this program.
You don’t have to be on a treadmill to do this.
