The first Purdy FitZone was in the heart of the city in Asheville, North Carolina, with Purdy himself as the host.

Since then, they have expanded to cities in the Northeast and beyond, including Seattle, San Francisco and Los Angeles.

Paul and his brother have created a program that includes workouts at a pool and an indoor workout area.

Here’s how it works.

If you’ve never tried butt-pumping before, it can be a challenging workout.

But you can do it and be in shape.

We’re going to take the idea of doing a butt lift and doing a pull-up, and then do a push-up,” Puffy said.

You’ll be doing one set of 20 push-ups, 20 pull-ups and 10 lunges.

Then, you’ll go back and do a 10-second deadlift.

After that, you will do another set of 10 push- ups and 10 pull- ups.

This is going to be a one-and-done workout.

You can finish this one workout with one or two sets of 20 pull ups, 10 lungces, and one push- up.

And then, you can just sit back and relax.

That’s the beauty of this program.

You don’t have to be on a treadmill to do this.
